PRESCRIPTIONS
There
are many options available to order your repeat prescriptions:
- Tick
the appropriate medication on your computer slip,
hand it in or send it to the practice
- After
9.30 am, Monday to Friday, ring our prescriptions
line on 01522 874455

Through
the Internet 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by
registering with the practice, you may view your
own medication and order on-line

- The
local pharmacies provide a free delivery service
to those who need it - ask at the pharmacies
Please
ensure you allow 48 hours for regular repeated items.
Please
remember that if you require a supply of medication
it may be cheaper to purchase a pre-payment certificate.
Details are available through our receptionists, your
pharmacist or Lincolnshire NHS (the address is on your
medical card).
